Creating employment opportunities in Studio Lemon EOOD

The company Studio Limon EOOD was established in 2006 in the town of Plovdiv. The company’s main activity includes the design, production, printing and installation of various types of print, souvenir, external and media advertising. The company also offers full advertising servicing to clients, which is accompanied by the provision of services such as graphic design, pre-printing preparation and conceptual design. The company is currently facing difficulties in the implementation of large-scale and complex orders, due to the shortage of sufficient human resources. The implementation of this project proposal will allow Studio Limon EOOD to provide qualified staff to be actively involved in the working process. The company is currently planning the addition of new articles and focusing the human resources on graphic design and conceptual designs, which on its part identifies the need of additional staff and equipment for the new workplaces. This project proposal aims to improve access to employment and the quality of the workplaces by opening 8 positions. The project proposal contributes to meeting the specific objectives of investment priorities 3 of the OP by providing employment to 4 young people that belong to specific objective 3: Increasing the number of people employed, self-employed or educated for unemployed young people under 29 years of age, including people with secondary and higher education. The general and specific objectives of the project proposal contribute to solving the identified needs and problems of the representatives of the target group, who are included in the project. Through the envisaged activities, they will provided work to be actively involved in society’s social and labour life, and prerequisites will be created for them to accumulate labour and professional experience and enhance their quality of life and work.
