The overall objective of this project is to provide conditions for the creation of sustainable jobs in the company for long-term unemployed and inactive persons . This objective will be achieved through a combination of measures to provide training for acquiring professional qualification of the target group, together with their inclusion in employment with an employer. In this way, our company focuses on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. Specific project activities are oriented to: - Selection and inclusion in employment for 12 months of 40 representatives of the target group (at least 50% of them will be long-term unemployed and/or inactive); - Provision of training for acquiring professional qualification of newly employed persons with a view to their full employment adaptation in the company and increasing their personal competitiveness in the labor market; - Purchase of tangible fixed assets - directly related to the equipment of the newly opened jobs.
