The project envisages the opening of a new facility for offering hairdressing and beauty services. Thete will be set up six new jobs: five for skilled employees and a place for 1 support staff. The candidate for funding is a young and ambitious professional hairdresser with experience. This year she opened her first beauty salon. The ambition of the project is to ensure staff that is fully qualified in the field - with the appropriate education and qualifications. Staff who are motivated to grow professionally as part of the team of the SiYana Salons. Vision for the future of salons SiYana is encouraging staff to pursue higher education and better service so the firm could gain a fair bigger market share. The project promotes social cohesion, equal opportunities and non-discrimination. It will be implemented on the principle of sharing of best practices, transparent governance and decentralization.
