Providing new jobs and fitted in "Ekita" Ltd.

The project "Providing new and effective jobs" Ekita "Ltd. " aims: "To provide conditions for sustainable employment through training and professional development of unemployed / inactive persons and / or up to 29 years In the Petrich Region". The specific objectives of the project: 1. To create new jobs for the unemployed and / or inactive persons and young people up to 29 years to work in "EKITA" Ltd; 2. Ensuring sustainable employment for newly hired employees in EKITA Ltd. 3. Formation of the knowledge and skills of newly hired persons for effective professional development; These objectives will be through sequential activities: Activity 1: Organization, management and control of project activities; Activity 2: Provide visibility and visualization of the project; Activity 3: Provision of equipment of new jobs "EKITA" Ltd; Activity 4: Conduct of selection and recruitment of unemployed and / or inactive persons to work in "EKITA" Ltd. Activity 5: Employ the selected persons "EKITA" Ltd; Activity 6: Conducting training in "Machine Tools" for 16 new hired machine operators, machine tools . Through the implementation of these actions will achieve the following measurable results. 16 unemployed and / or inactive people from the town of Petrich and the area around the city will be provided employment for a minimum of 12 months' EKITA "Ltd. Job - machine operators, machine tools, which will be given the opportunity to undergo training to increase professional qualification in "Machine Tools". New employees will be provided equipment necessary for the effective implementation of work. The target group of this project proposal will be directed to the unemployed / inactive persons (50%) and / or up to 29 years (50%) 8 people in each group. Lon-term unemployed persons will be in inlcuded with priority in the project.
