New jobs " STEALIT " Ltd.

The project goals at creating sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons and improve their qualifications by providing professional development through training in vocational training and training in key competencies, which will lead to their integration in the labor market. This project is entirely directed towards improving access to employment and quality jobs by investing in human capital. With the implementation of a specific project "STEALIT" Ltd. focuses on increasing adaptability of unemployed and inactive persons by enhancing their professional qualification and conduct appropriate training. This in turn will lead to raising the competitiveness of "STEALIT" LTD. Implementation of the project will promote the development of the social economy sector and as a result will contribute to guaranteeing the right of unemployed and inactive persons to participate fully in society and decent work, sustainable social protection, ensure equal opportunities and thereby intensify and economic and social cohesion. With the opening of the new jobs are intended to widen the scope and quality of "STEALIT" Ltd. goods. For this purpose is planned to modernize working methods by investing in human resource of the company, including conducting appropriate training of recruits. To achieve the set objectives will be implemented the following activities: Selection of unemployed and inactive persons; Providing employment in "STEALIT" Ltd; Trainings for acquisition and / or enhance the professional skills of employees already; Providing training on key competences of already employed in the project; Purchase and delivery of fixed assets for the performance of official duties of the newly persons. The project provides activities and organization and project management, as well as in information and publicity.
