A chance for a new beginning

The main aim of the project “Opportunity for a new beginning” is to accelerate the transition from unemployment to employment by activating and improving employability of the unemployed and inactive young people up to 29 years. The specific aims of the project are:  Enhancing professional qualification and key competencies of 15 unemployed people from the group of the most vulnerable in the labour market – young people up to 29 years.  Motivation and adaptation of the unemployed people from the indicated specific target group to the dynamically changing requirements of the labour market  Sustainable employment of 15 people up to 29 years through providing new quality workplaces in the profession "assistant fitness instructor". The project activities intend to: 1. Employ 15 unemployed people up to 29 years for a period of 12 months in quality new-found workplaces ; 2. Provide professional training for a part of the profession 831090 “assistant fitness instructor”, third-level qualification degree of the employed people and to enhance the occupational skills in a real work environment; 3. Train 15 of the newly employed young people in digital competence to enhance their knowledge and skills in key competencies and to form active behaviour on the labour market. Expected results:  Employment of 15 people up to 29 years for a period of 12 months;  15 of the newly employed people to have undergone professional training as part of the profession “assistant fitness instructor” ;  Received certificate for professional training – 15 people;  Completed a course in “Digital competence” – 15 people;  Very well-equipped 15 workplaces;  Kept for 12 more months the workplaces of 8 of the employed people. The project results aid achieving the aims of OP HRD, priority axes 1 “Improving the access to employment and quality of the workplaces” and mitigating the economic pressure on the unemployed and inactive people in the capital.
