Providing an opportunity for employment and quality of life of the unemployed persons from the municipality of Jablanica

"Stantur" Ltd. operates in the field of eco-tourism in rural areas, socially oriented corporate policy aimed at protecting the environment and investment in human capital. With the project "Provision of opportunity for employment and quality of life of the unemployed persons from the municipality of Jablanica" company management has set itself the aim to reveal six new jobs in the guest house w. Dobrevtsi to recruit staff - young people aged up to 29 incl., unemployed over 54., as well as long-term unemployed in active age. Through creation of new jobs to contribute to reducing the growth of unemployment in the region by providing an opportunity six representatives of the target groups to find a career and raise their quality of life by providing them with employment and income, and after completion of the project activities will keep three of jobs.The project will be purchased equipment that will serve to secure the jobs of two staff. Will raise awareness among local residents and the general public financial assistance provided for the project from the funds of the European Union - European Social Fund and the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2014 - 2020 and its contribution in meeting the objectives of the EU strategy "Europe 2020 "in the field of employment and combating poverty and social exclusion. The successful implementation of the project and achieving the indicators are staked management activities. After completion of the project will preserve the jobs of 3 out of staff and they will continue their professional realization for at least 12 months. Employees who will be hired for the implementation of project activities will increase employment experience and motivation for active behavior on the labor market.
