Red Star Service Ltd is a professional cleaning company, based in the city of Varna, offering a wide range of services for private individuals and companies. We operate mainly at a regional level but we also have projects implemented on the territory of Devnya and Dobrich municipalities. Since the foundation of the company, our sales and clients have been continuously increasing, which is an attestation for the quality both of our products and our management and marketing strategies. We are constantly investing in advanced and up-to-date technology and staff, to ensure we are competitive and to expand our market coverage. We are flexible and adapt rapidly, which is an important advantage over our competitors. Our company has already built lasting partnerships with major companies and organizations, regularly increasing the volume of their orders. In order to meet the fast growing demand, we are planning to hire new workers. We will be actively involved in tackling long-term unemployment and social exclusion by hiring 6 unemployed and inactive people. We have planned in-house trainings for these people, as well as good working conditions. In order to secure these people’s work we are purchasing a cleaning and a polishing machine for natural floor coverings, machine for dry and wet cleaning, a gutter-cleaning machine and a machine for window cleaning at heights. We are confident that our team will be increased with selected people and employees that have gained knowledge and qualification with the implementation of the project. Our company policy is to continuously improve our employees’ qualifications and this affects the quality of work as a whole, as well as the workers’ remuneration.
