“Creation of new jobs in Accounting Agency FIN VIP”

The needs which will be met with this project are the creation of employment in the field of financial-accounting and managerial consultancy. The target groups treated by the project are: 1) long-term unemployed and inactive persons; 2) unemployed aged over 54 years; 3) young people up to 29 years. The project objectives are: 1) creation of sustainable jobs, including disadvantaged at the labor market; 2) creation of 10 new jobs in Accounting Agency FIN VIP. The expected results are: 1) Created 10 jobs including: an operational accountant 5 persons and computer analysts, software maintenance – 5 persons . 2) Provision of employment for 10 people, out of which at least 5, representatives of target groups such as (young people up to 29 years; long-term unemployed and inactive persons and unemployed persons over 54 years;). 3) Purchased and employed tangible and intangible assets for the purposes of the newly created jobs; 4) 10 trained newcomers in digital competences; 5) High quality project management, including – an appointed team of three members; 6) Visualization - conducted and developed - press conferences; brochures; posters; an information board and publications in the media releasing project information. The main project activities are: 1) Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive in Accounting Agency FIN VIP; 2) Investments in tangible and intangible assets for the purposes of the new jobs; 3) Provision of training in digital competences; 4) Project management; 5) Visualization and publicity.
