New opportunities for professional developement in ET "Blagovesta Yordanova Yordanova"

ET "Blagovesta Yordanova Yordanova" is an established company provider of broadband internet in the town of Pavel Banya, Pavel Banya municipality, Stara Zagora District. To meet the increased demand for high-quality Internet services, the company will employ full-time nine specialists in computer networks and systems and one expert in telecommunication and data networks. These professionals will have the difficult task to install equipment for the supply of services in the town of Shipka ( Kazanlak municipality) and in the villages of Tazha, Gorno Sahrane, Dolno Sahrane and Alexandrovo (Pavel Banya municipality) and to provide subsequent support within the settlements. The main objective of the project is creating ten new jobs and employment of persons from vulnerable groups on the labour market, living in a region of the country with high unemployment rate, incl. unemployed persons aged over 54, and the young unemployed up to 29.V Within the project target group representatives will increase their competitiveness on the labor market, will strengthen their professional skills and competencies in a real working environment in the field of telecommunications, which has high added value and perspective to create new jobs. After completion of the project activities sustainability of employment will be ensured for five employees for at least another 12 months. The project also provides promotional activities of the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020, amongst the public in the Southeastern region of the country.
