Professional realization of unemployed and inactive persons through training and sustainable employment in "Zora style" Ltd.

"Zora style" Ltd. is a company with main business - furniture production. This type of production is characterized by high levels of manual labor and large amounts of wastage, witch are results from the lack of high tech equipment and sufficient experience and qualification of employees. Unemployment in Bulgaria, in particular the youth unemployment is high and it tends to increase, as most people have inapplicable or low qualifications and lack of specific professional experience. With this project "Zora style" Ltd. aims to solve its basic problems on one side - having high wastage, result of many human errors by recruiting new employees, qualify them and equip their workstations with high-tech equipment. On other side to overcome the high levels of unemployment and to facilitate the integration of the labor market. The main target group of the project is 20 unemployed and inactive persons, in particular young people under 29 years - 12 people. With the execution of the project "Zora style" Ltd. will create 20 sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons by raising their qualifications and providing them with high-tech equipped workstations. The company will reduce the production waste and introduce new products and services on the market, as a result of which the productivity and the market competitiveness will increase. After the realization of the project at least 10 of the sustainable jobs will be kept, the other employees will have the chance to integrate easily into the labor market and increase their standard as a result of the higher qualification and specific experience in the field of furniture production.
