Opportunities for more security

The project proposal is aimed at increasing the employment of the unemployed and inactive people in the community of Pernik, where the lack of employment opportunities is one of the main reasons for poverty and social elimination among the unemployed and economically inactive. The main goal is to steadily help to solve this problem of the local community through providing new workplaces and employing 30 people from the target group in “Jem Security” Ltd for the period of 12 months. The specific aims are: Improving prospects for employability through employing and support for the unemployed people for active behavior at the labour market through employing and providing training for acquiring a professional qualification of the profession “guard” in the third-level qualification degree of the people threatened with exclusion from the labour market, including mainly the 20 employed and inactive young people up to 29 years . The project activities comprise the process of employing unemployed and inactive people in 4 professions / guard, organizer of security, security operator and driver/, selection and outsourcing of conducting training of a part of the profession “guard” to 20 of the employed people, and purchasing of furniture for the new-found workplaces. Expected results: 1) Employed 30 unemployed and inactive people in the new workplaces, 20 of whom are young people up to 29. 2) Provided professional training and received professional training certificates as part of the profession “guard” to 20 of the employed. 3) Sustainable employment of 16 of the employed after the end of the activity The project helps to mitigate the structural inconsistencies of professional and qualificatory character, to achieve the aims of OP HRD / Priority axes 1 – Improving the access to employment and the quality of workplaces, strategy of EU “Europe 2020”, and to satisfy the specific needs of the target groups of the community for employability and integration.
