"Kron Security" Ltd. is created by people with extensive experience in the security business, her team are drawn and former employees of the Ministry of Interior and Defense. The company has a well-trained and professionally trained staff with a high sense of responsibility to its performance tasks in the security of persons and objects. "Kron Security" Ltd. has built organizational structure throughout the country, providing a wide range of activities and has a modern methodology of integrated security services, consistent with modern concepts of security. Plans for development and expansion of business "Kron Security" Ltd. are aimed primarily at attracting new customers for security activities. In addition, the management team of the company plans to expand its activities in the field of security with alarm systems (SOT), which includes the creation of security patrols. This necessitates the creation of new jobs and hire new employees. In connection with the expansion and consolidation of activities in the field of security with alarm systems company plans to create new 10 jobs following positions: - Patrol Chef - 1 pc .; - Patrol Security Services - 9 pcs. It is envisaged that at least 50% of newly hired persons (at least 6 people) to representatives of specific categories - unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. and people over 54 years old. This project proposal is geared towards carrying out activities creating new jobs and purchasing the necessary equipment for their effective functioning. This will support the development process of the company and will help create conditions for sustainable employment on the one hand and on the other - on the activities of the company as a whole.
