New Employment opportunities at Global Metric Ltd

The main project goal is to implement the development strategy of Global Metrics Ltd. for growth and increase of the number of positions, create sustainable employment for sustainable growth and expansion, including through sustainable employment and increasing the capacity of the staff as well as increasing the efficiency through modernization and equipment of the new work places. As a result of the project activities it is expected that the quality of labour increases as well as the quality of the services offered and the efficiency of the work processes. The specific golas that will be achieved are: 1. Employment of unemployed and inactive people to create sustainable employment 2. Equipment and furnishing of the new work places 3. Increasing the competences of the newly hired staff through key competences training 4. Creating sustainable employment through keeping at least 50% of the new positions open. The activities that will be implemented are: Organization and management of the project Selection of unemployed people and employong them for 12 months Purchase of furniture, equipment and work uniforms Key competences training to newly hired staff Publicity The candidate has not implemented so far an EU or donor-funded project. Despite that, the candidate has experience in similar activities: employment of people and large teams, organization of work processes; organization of large events, planning and expansion of company activities. The target groups identified are: Unemployed young people up to 29 years, unemployed or inactive people. The target groups have been identified based on the company needs and the available labor market.
