"Providing new jobs and sustainable employment in" Correct Stroy "Ltd."

The project "Creation of new jobs and sustainable employment in" Correct Stroy "Ltd." will aim: "To ensure effective and sustainable employment jobs career of unemployed people in the 'Correct Stroy" Ltd. ". The specific objectives of the project are: Specific objective 1: To improve the human resource "Correct Stroy" Ltd., by providing new jobs and sustainable employment 8 unemployed / inactive and / or young people under 29 Specific Objective 2: To provide effective and equip jobs for the unemployed in "Correct Story" LTD. These specific objectives will be achieved by implementing these out project activities: Activity 1: Forming a team of organization, coordination and management of project activities; Activity 2: Provide visualization and publicity for the project; Activity 3: Provision of equipment and furniture new jobs in the 'Correct Stroy "Ltd; Activity 4: Recruitment and selection work in "Correct Stroy" Ltd. unemployed / inactive persons and young people up to 29 years; Activity 5: Providing jobs for 12 months in selected unemployed persons in "Correct Story" LTD. Through these activities will achieve the following results: - On 8 unemployed persons and / or young people under 29 years will be provided employment for a minimum of 12 months, technically equipped workplaces for effective implementation of work for the following positions: Armatorist - 2; Shuttering 2; 1 Mason; 1 Worker, tiling and flooring; 1 worker building insulation; 1 Gipsadzhiya, plasterer. - At least 50% (4) of the new unemployed persons hired will provide employment for 12 months; - Over 70% (or 6 persons) of newly retained staff are young people up to 29 years or long-term unemployed / inactive; All these results will lead to more sustainable employment opportunities for unemployed / inactive persons and young people aged up to 29. in the region of Blagoevgrad.
