New jobs in KARIS GROUP Ltd.

The main target of the project is to improve the access to the work load and the quality of work places. It is directed to the people looking for work and those who are inactive, including permanently unemployed people. It is also aimed on the integration of young people at the labor market, in particular those who are not engaged with work, education or training. This project`s suggestion complies with the strategic goal of OP HRD and completely meets the conditions mentioned in the invitation for presenting suggestions. The project will also contribute actively for the accomplishment of two of the targets from the strategy of EU 2020, Priority target 1" Improvement of access to the work load and quality of the work places" to OP HRD. It includes the following investment priorities and specific goals: Invest. priority 1 Invest. priority 3, in order to achieve the main goal of the project suggestion , the following specific goals will be accomplished: Ensuring appropriate work environment required for the successful realization of the professional duties by purchasing of equipment and furniture Hiring 14 unemployed or inactive people, 50% of which would be from a certains groups: Unemployed young people up to 29 years old and over 54 years old Training key competencies of the newly hired. Vocational training for acquiring qualification. Results: By revealing 14 of the new work places and their resource differentiation we will achieve: 1 Higher and more qualitative work load. 2 Decrease of poverty and encouraging the social inclusion. 3 Modernization of the public politics. This result will reflect on both the increase and competitiveness of KARIS Group as well, as their representation and participation in the market, and also it will extend the range of the offered services, increasing their quality.
