Sustainable development through the creation of new jobs.

The implementation of project “Sustainable development through the creation of new jobs” will open an opportunity for providing access to employment of unemployed people and the ones falling into one of the most vulnerable groups on the labour market, namely youth under the age of 29 and people over the age of 54 in working age. This is necessitated to the end of mitigating and overcoming the negative consequences of the economic crisis across the entire development of the labour market in Bulgaria. As specific reasons for the youth unemployment in the country different reasons could be pointed out rising number of people with secondary and higher education searching for work but unable to eventuate themselves due to lack of experience. Recommendation of the Council of the EU from 2014 is for a better efforts steering towards the most vulnerable on the labour market. Due to this reason, through the project activities, an opportunity for inclusion will be given to the vulnerable people at the labour market, which will contribute to the achieving of the program’s goals as well as the sustainable development of the company via the opening of new jobs. The project is expected to be implemented within 18 month, when for a period of 12 month altogether 8 people will be appointed on a labour contract, two between the ages of 30 and 54, three youths under the age of 29 and three people over 54 years of age. The main goal is providing access to employment to unemployed people of working age via the creation of new, sustainable jobs. The expected result is the provision of long-term employment for the appointed people during the implementation of the project as well as after it is completed. Within the project, activities have been provided related to the selection and recruitment of candidates for a 12 month long labour contract, activities related to the provision of equipment for the new jobs as well as activities related to the publicity and management of the project.
