"New work places and sustainable employment in ASSOCIATION CHILDREN’S SPORT "

The project "new jobs and sustainable employment in ASSOCIATION CHILDREN’S SPORT aims: "To create the conditions for sustainable employment, training and professional development of unemployed youth to 29 y. and of non-active, including permanently unemployed and people that are far removed from the labour market between 30 and 54 y., in the field of organizing sports events and Championships. This will be achieved through the following sequence of activities 1.Organization, management and control of project 2.Publicity and visualization project 3.Provision of equipment for new jobs 4.Conduct the selection of unemployed persons 5.Employment for the selected persons 6.Conducting training on a specialty "Organization of sports events and Championships" of new hired young people As a result, will achieve the following results: -for 30 unemployed persons from 6 cities (Sofia,Blagoevgrad,Plovdiv,Bourgas,Stara Zagora and Kazanlak) will provide sustainable employment (min 1 year) in ASSOCIATION CHILDREN’S SPORT, the title "Organizer of sporting events and leagues" Each of the selected persons will be trained by profession "Organizer of sporting events and leagues " -for new jobs will be provided with equipment necessary for the efficient performance of the work. Modern society is paying ever greater attention to the sport and social inclusion in various sporting events, such as the prevention of numerous diseases. This corresponds closely with the Mission of the ASSOCIATION CHILDREN'S SPORT and determines the need to popularize the sport, expanding the business by providing it with the necessary personnel and equipment for the quality of her performance. For the implementation of the planned activities, the Association needs 30 motivated people, five in each of the cities, which include the majority of Bulgarian children in sport and in this way to fulfill the Mission of the ASSOCIATION CHILDREN'S SPORT: the perception of the sport as a strategic priority.
