New jobs to increase the employment of unemployed and inactive persons in DI KOM Ltd.

The general objective of the project is to create new jobs and to increase the employment by using the labor potential of unemployed and inactive persons, as well as to reduce the poverty and to prevent from social exclusion. The specific project objectives are: the employment of long-term unemployed and inactive persons; unemployed or inactive persons with disabilities; unemployed persons with age over 54; including unemployed youths up to 29 years old; creation of 4 quality jobs needed to employ the unemployed and inactive persons engaged in the project; employment and social integration of 5 unemployed people by identifying their individual needs in professional and socio-economic terms; shortening the period of unemployment to prevent falling into long-term unemployment and/or dropping out of the labor market through the provision of subsequent employment of 3 unemployed and inactive persons. The project activities include: employment of 5 unemployed and inactive persons from the target group; purchase of equipment, furniture, intangible assets and economic stock, required for the formation of jobs for newly employed persons; information and publicity of the project; project management. Through the project achieved: preventing poverty and social exclusion of persons from the target group; improving employability; facilitate the transition to sustainable and quality jobs; creating conditions for earning income and acquisition insurance rights; acquire occupational skills, for combining work and family life. For the employees from the target group within the project an employment for a period of 12 months is ensured. "DI COM" Ltd. provides employment for another 12 months after the completion of the activities of 3 individual persons from the target group. The project is implemented in the city of Dobrich. The project duration is 13 months.
