Creation of new jobs in "1 - Radka Mihaylova" ET

The current project meets all common and specific goals of the program requirements for European funding. It stimulates hiring of unemployed and inactive people (younger than 29 years, unemployed since quite some time and inactive people with bad educational qualification, unemployed people over 54 years). The project ensures supporting the investments and the labor costs, aiming to create new work places. The execution of the project targets the following end goals: - Delivering of training and employment for the most unstable group of jobless people; - Supporting jobless people with finding a suitable job and helping them getting the needed knowledge and experience. The priority of the project are the investments in the educational level, getting the experience. This could help increasing the adaptability, productivity and the competitiveness of the target group. If we need to specify, the targets of the project are closely related to the main goal of the Operational Program “Human Resources Development”: Stimulating the Employers of increasing the quality of work in their companies via new employments. Providing a proper Main competency education 2 “Foreign languages”, Main competency education 4 ”Digital competency” and creating new work places in "1 - Radka Mihaylova" ET, with the help of the project Execution, will distribute for achieving the goals. Main activities: Activity 1: Hiring unemployed and inactive people; Activity 2: Providing Main competency education 2 “Foreign languages” and Main competency education 4 ”Digital competency” according to the European Qualification Requirements. Activity 3: Buying equipment needed for the new employments Activity 4: Information and publicity Activity 5: Organization and management of the project
