New Workplace 2015

The aim of the project is to be provided employment to 26 (twenty six) persons for 12 months with subsidized employment (incl. investment support). Then the beneficiciary will garantee minimum 13 (thirteen) work places for another 12 months. The beneficiary is IRA-EKO OOD, a company with experience in implementing activities similar to those included in the proposal, incl. successfully completed projects. The project manager is also the manager of the company - she has management experience, as related to hiring and managing employees and the acquisition of equipment and overall management of its business. Representatives of the target group are unemployed and inactive persons and it is planned : - To be provided employment to 26 (twenty six) persons, of which: --- Minimum 13 (thirteen) person to be with low education level (below ISCED 3); The total cost of the project is 252 220 BGN. There are 4 (four) activities - A1: organization and management of the project with estimated value - 25 200 BGN (without VAT); A2: Information and publicity - with indicative value 2500 BGN (without VAT); A3: employ unemployed and / or inactive persons for a period of 12 months with indicative value - 149 724,23 BGN and A4: Acquisition Equipment / Fixtures and fittings for new jobs with indicative value - 74 795,77 BGN (without VAT). The project costs are effective, efficient and economically justified, and the structure of the project budjet is respected, as well the requirements of the scheme. The project is in syncrony and performs the three horizontal principle of OP HRD. The term of the project is 18 months, but not later than 31.12.2017. The place of the project is Sofia and village Todor Ikonomovo, Shoumen, Bulgaria. The performance indicator is (1) employement of unemployed and inactive persens with target - 26 persons and the indicator for result (2) is unemployed and inactive persons who have a job after the end of operation - target - 13 persons.
