Siven Bulgaria Ltd. is a sports equipment manufacturer that is planning to create within the project proposal 12 new work places that will be filled by unemployed and inactive persons. By doing that, the company will expand its foreign market positions and at the same time will contribute to the achievement of the main objectives of the "New Workplace" procedure by: - employing 12 unemployed and inactive persons - increasing the professional skills and competences of 7 unemployed and inactive persons, by including them in vocational training - creating conditions for sustainable professional development and realization of individual elected representatives of the target group Purchase of additional equipment, that will provide employment for the newly hired persons, is included in the project. The project duration will be 18 months and the selected target group consists of 12 unemployed and inactive persons, of whom at least 50% will be long-term unemployed and inactive or unemployed persons over the age of '54 The project will be implemented in two locations: - Sofia - 4 unemployed and inactive persons will be hired in the administration of the company - Samokov - 8 unemployed and inactive persons will be hired in the production.
