New beginning of employment for young people in Vartex EOOD

Vartex Ltd is a company which main activity is wholesale of wooden material, materials for construction, and sanitary equipment. The idea of the company is to open new job positions for young specialists. These new positions will encompass the management and organization analysis as well as the expert activity in the company. Being a well-established company in the field of sales, possessing all the qualities needed to provide its services, Vartex Ltd will innovate its activity by hiring unemployed youths up to 29 years, thus giving them an opportunity for professional realization for a longer period, ensuring them with optimum work conditions, security and confidence. The main activities and measures are: - Ensuring employment of persons seeking job that are up to 29 years old They will be employed mainly on job positions related to the wholesale: sales reps, merchandise experts, store-sellers and cargo unloaders. - Purchase of equipment for the newly opened job positions; Regarding the newly opened job positions the necessary equipment will be purchased to the implementation of the working activity of these particular job positions. The purchased equipment will ensure the normal running of the working process. The project includes project management and organization activity and publicity activity. - The project management and organization activity will contribute to the effective and duly implementation of the activities under the project. A project management team will be formed in order to guarantee the normal and smooth project implementation. The project management team will consist of experienced experts. - The activity related to ensuring publicity will be directed towards distributing information about the implemented activities and the objectives achieved. The activity will include preparing brochures and 1 information signboard; carrying out 2 press conferences.
