Creating new job positions, training and conditions for professional development and adaptation to employment of inactive and unemployed people

The project proposal focuses on securing the prerequisites for the creation of sustainable workplaces for the unemployed and inactive persons by hiring, training, equipment and furnishing of new workplaces in the company for long-term adaptation of one of the most vulnerable groups, taking into account the individual needs of each representative of the target group. RC Consult Ltd. will apply a combination of measures for inclusion in the employment of these persons. The following activities are about to be provided: 1.Organisation and project management; 2.Creating new workplaces; selection and recruitment of unemployed and inactive persons for up to 12 months and as a result-keeping 50% of newly created workplaces for 12 months following completion of the project; 3. Signing a contract for health service in relation to newly recruited persons; 4. Purchase fixed assets/intangible assets in order to create new workplaces for inclusion in employment of unemployed and inactive persons; 5.Training - key competence 2"Communication in foreign languages" and key competence 4"Digital competence" of all newly hired persons; 6. Provision of publicity. The project duration will be 18 months. The effective and efficient implementation of activities in the organization and management of the project needs Project Manager with the necessary competence and experience in similar activities. He will be responsible for the whole process of organization, coordination, management, reporting and overall administration of the project throughout the period of performance. The activities: selection, recruitment, equipment and furniture, training are interrelated. Initially 5 of total 8 places will be occupied by employees of a specific category of unemployed young people aged up to 29 incl., and the other 3 newly places will be occupied by persons from the target group.
