New working positions and new opprotunities for proffesional development in Margel- 7 EOOD

The project proposal envisions opening of 27 new jobs at "Margel-7" Ltd – in the town of Sofia, related to specific needs arising from the expansion of company activities, and resulting from increased customer inquiries and orders and raised volume of work. The project consists of the following major parts: appointment of unemployed and/or inactive persons from the target groups on newly created positions in the company and purchasing of appropriate equipment, necessary to organize the workflow. The new jobs include the following positions: - 2 pers. as "Cashier"; - 3 pers. as "Sales Consultants" - 1 pers. as "Carwash Executive" - 5 pers. as "Tyre Repairer" - 5 pers. as "Mechanic" - 3 pers. as "Carwash Attendant" - 1 pers. as "Sales Associate" - 1 pers. as "Hygienist" - 1 pers. as "Labourer" - 1 pers. as "Technical Secretary" - 1 pers. as "Driver-caterer" - 1 pers. as "Accountant" - 2 pers. as "Guard, unarmed" The project will be realized through implementation of four activities described in the "Implementation Plan". This project contributes to creating conditions for permanent employment of unemployed persons who fall within the priority target groups of the program. The project is aimed at the integration of some of most vulnerable groups in the labor market - young people under 29 years of age; with the implementation of activities will be recruited 17 unemployed persons in the respective category, one person with a disability and one person from a minority group. The project implementation will contribute to the application of the fundamental set of challenges in OPHRD, namely higher and quality employment, reduction of poverty and promotion of social inclusion, modernization of public policies through networking and business partnerships, acquiring of business skills and opportunities for lifelong learning and employees adaptability improvement and enhancement of jobs quality.
