Provydent - a chance for employment and career development of professionals in dentistry

"GPPMPDM - Provydent" Ltd. is a modern dental clinic that offers high-quality dental services in the city of Sofia since 2012. The team consists of two dentists and an administrator. Doctors specialise in different areas of dentistry aiming at comprehensive and professional treatment and meeting the individual needs of patients. To achieve maximum care for their patients, in specific cases and requirements, the practice uses several external specialists - orthodontist, anesthesiologist, maxillofacial surgeon, periodontist. With the implementation of the project: "Provydent - a chance for employment and career development of professionals in dentistry" GPPMPDM - Provydent" Ltd. aims to provide employment for young people up to 29 years, including unemployed persons aged over 54 and unemployed inactive persons from 30 to 54 years. To achieve its goal, the company will take the following actions: - Creation of seven new jobs for positions: one for "dentist", three for "nurse", one for receptionist, one for "logistics specialist" and one for "specialist technical control"; - Purchase of necessary equipment and inventory to ensure appropriate working conditions of new staff; - Employment of seven unemployed persons - 3 aged up to 29 years incl., 1 more than 54 years and 3 unemployed and inactive persons from 30 to 54 years, by concluding employment contracts and providing employment to them and steady income for 12 months; - Maintaining of new jobs and providing employment and income of four of the employed persons under the project for at least another 12 months after completion of the project; - Ensuring the efficient organisation of activities and efficient management of financial resources and achieving the planned results and indicators, successful reporting of the project.
