"Creating employment" MIBO "Ltd. - a new start for job-seekers and inactive people in the labor market"

The purpose of this project is to create new jobs to meet the need of "MIBO" LTD for additional staff due to increased volume procurement contracts with commercial partners for production sites-Tailors workshop in Plovdivand Tailors workshop inOsetenovo municipality Pavelbanya. Specific objectives: Identification and inclusion within the project of 25 unemployed and/or inactive in the labor market individuals; Creation of 25 new sustainable and quality jobs and appointment of an employment contract of 25 unemployed and/or inactive persons meeting the requirements of the target group; Professional qualifications of the newly appointed 25 persons; Purchase of production equipment - sewing machines, needed to equip 25 new jobs; Saving 13 jobs after a period of subsidized employment through the selection of participants in the project; Planned activities to achieve the objectives: Forming a team organization and management of the project. Purchase of production equipment. Appointment of the employment contract of 25 unemployed and/or inactive position of "Machine operator sewing of garments." Professional training of 25 new recruits. Publicity and visualization of the project. Expected results: Created 25 new sustainable jobs posionts and recruited 25 unemployed and/or inactive at the labor market individuals at "Sewing Machine Operator" positions. Professional qualification of the profession of 25 new recruits; Purchased equipment-sewing machines–6, Single needle direct drive straight lock sticher–12, Single needle sweing machine with automatic control–5, Electronic lockstitch bar tacker–1, Automatic machne for buttonholes–1. Retain 13 jobs and employment of 13 persons targeted for a period of 12 months after the subsidized employment; Realized awareness, publicity and visualization of the project as required by the TO; Promote the role of the European Union in fighting unemployment and supporting the development of business environment;
