New workplace for builders

This project proposal aims to ensure creation of sustainable new jobs for 25 unemployed and inactive persons. This objective will be achieved through a combination of measures ensuring appropriate professional trainings, including training on the workplace. The project will focus on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. The proposal will contribute to increase the number of permanent staff in a developing construction company with a major source of economic activity "Construction of residential and non-residential buildings. As a result of the prject 25 persons will be employed, 24 of them on positions in the field of building and 1 person will be employed as a car driver. With the newly occupied staff the company "ESPI Invest " Ltd. will be better positioned on the market for construction of residential buildings and will be able to receive a higher category building permit, which will open new market opportunities for the company. For the needs of the newly occupied staff the proposal provides purchase of assets and professional trainings. The project proposal fully corresponds with Priority Axis 1: Improving access to employment and job quality. Investment priorities 1. "Access to employment for job seekers and inactive people, including long-term unemployed and people distant from the labor market, and also through local employment initiatives and support for labor mobility" investment priority 3. "Sustainable integration into the labor market of young people, particularly those who are not engaged in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalized communities.
