Long term perspectives for qualification and employment

This project aims to create at least 7 new long-term jobs for persons living in the Sofia-city municipality in the fast-growing ITC sector. This will allow “The Partners” Ltd to offer new services and to expand its operations, which will result in attracting new clients and creating new good business practices. At first will be identified economic inactive or unemployed persons, who are suitable for the job openings. During the process the local and national legislation will be strictly followed, and the rights of all participates will be respected. More than a half of the created job positions will be dedication to young persons under the age of 29. Secondly all the required machines and equipment for the newly opened jobs will be acquired. And finally it will be organized a managing body to organize and execute all activities following all European and National regulation. In all project activities there are measurements for providing equal chances to all potential participants, avoiding any forms of discrimination and securing gender equality. The final aim is securing sustainability to all parties.
