Creating Sustainable Employment and Quality Working Places in Bel-RS Ltd

The project aims to ensure the creation of sustainable and quality jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons in the company BEL-RS Ltd. This objective will be achieved through the creation of 10 new jobs, equipping them and providing appropriate training for new hires. The following activities will be performed: D1.Organization and management of project activities D2.Recruitment of unemployed and inactive persons D3.Vocational training D4.Buying equipment and furnishing of new jobs D5.Information and publicity The project achieves increased economic activity through employment of unemployed and inactive persons. The project also helps to integrate them into the labor market by providing vocational training for appointees. Six people will be trained , four of them in "Electric Power", one in specialty "Industry" and one in "Marketing Research", necessary for the performance of official duties of their positions. It is envisaged sustainability of jobs - seven out of ten jobs created will be kept more than one year after project completion. The creation of new jobs will increase the productivity and stability of the company, which indirectly affects the overall business environment in the region.
