The Change in Life is a New Profession - New Time

Animation World Ltd. is a company with rich and long-lasting experience in the field of managing recreation and entertainment facilities, categorized according to the Bulgarian Tourism Act, the organization of events and animation. The company develops its main activities on the territory of Sunny Beach resort, where is the location of the site on which project "The Change in Life is a New Profession - New Time". The people hired under the project will in the head office of the company situated in the northern part of the resort (in the building of Disco Orange) and the who will be hired for animators wil work in different hotels, bars and clubs on the territory of Nessebar Municipality and Borovets resort, that are clients of the company. The dynamic development of the company and the strong competition of the market in which it operates determine the necessity for increase in the number of the personnel. The realization of project "The Change in Life is a New Profession - New Time" will present an opportunity for 30 unemployed and inactive persons to start a job, of which 20 will be from the specific category "Unemployed youths up to 29 years of age". After the conclusion of the project the company will maintain at least 15 of the hired persons for a period of not less than 12 months, thus ensuring the sustainability of the employment for part of the hired people. It is envisaged under the project except the obligatory activities for hiring of new personnel to be also implemented activities for the acquisition and insurance of the equipment and inventory necessary for job creation, professional training and education in foreign languages and digital competences, which will help for the improvement of the professional qualities of the newly employed, publicity activities and project management.
