New Jobs at ADA-SOFT

“ADA-SOFT” OOD has been in the market of software development for 20 years and during this period the company has managed to establish itself as a reliable supplier of software and methodology products. The company has offices in Sofia and Pazardzhik and a large national networks of distributors. Since 2014 the company has been operating on the international market and promoting an internally developed product – a platform for design and implementation of audit methodologies (independent external audit and internal audit). With this project proposal “ADA-SOFT” OOD aims to create 6 sustainable jobs for unemployed young people at the age of 29 or younger who would join the company team and support the company in the period of expansion and establishment of the product on the international markets. The project plans for the creation of the following new jobs – “specialist, software testing” (2 jobs), “expert, IT assurance” (2 jobs), “assistant auditor” (2 jobs). For all newly employed language competence training (English language) and digital competence training (“Foundations of ERP business models development”) is planned. Work equipment and specialized software will also be provided for the new jobs. The six representatives of the target group will be identified with the support of the Labour Bureau Directorate in Sofia and by publishing of job ads in popular web sites. The new employees will be hired for 12 months and after the completion of project activities at least 3 of the jobs will be kept for another at least 12 months. Activities for project organization and management and information and publicity are also included in the project. All project activities plan for specific measures for implementation of the principles of equal opportunities, lack of discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development.
