Creating new jobs in "PROSPERITY VARNA - 1" LTD.

PROSPERITY VARNA-1 Ltd. is the company that manages private baby kitchen "VIP Baby" that produces foods for babies as an alternative to municipal services. In 2014 the company began expansion of its business, including a new manufacturing process of the preparation of food for kindergardens and centers. The expansion of the company’s activities, the increase of the time needed for equipment maintenance and the fact that both production processes differ in technology and requirements require hiring of additional staff. In pursuance of its strategic business objectives and in line with the objectives of the HRD OP, the company will implement this present Project which provides for the hiring of 14 unemployed or inactive persons from the target groups (7 young people up to the age of 29, seeking work or inactive and 7 unemployed or inactive persons aged between 30 and 54 at the position of "Cook", "Chef", "Assistant chef", "Dishwasher", "Employee performing home deliveries", "Technician", "Technician-mechanic in food Industry," "Auto mechanic" and "Driver", employment and wages for a period of 12 months and the creation of appropriate conditions for the conduct of the professional obligations of the newly employed persons through equipment of 14 new jobs. After the completion of the Project implementation PROSPERITY VARNA-1 Ltd. will commit to maintain at least 7 jobs for a minimum period of 12 months, thus providing employment for a minimum period of 24 months for these particular employees. The successful realization of the project proposal will carry the most positive impact on the representatives of the target groups. As a result of the professional experience gained, the new employees will acquire new skills that will make them more adaptable to the labour market and in the long run will be beneficial for their active participation in it.
