Implementation of effective measures and activities to create new jobs

The project proposal targets creating new jobs and integration into employment of unemployed and inactive persons in Sofia. The main objective of the project is to reduce unemployment in Sofia through the implementation of effective measures and activities creating new jobs for the unemployed and inactive people and providing a sustainable employment. An integrated package of services to create new jobs and a sustainable and social inclusion of unemployed and inactive people into the labor market will be implemented to achieve the project objectives. The activities included in the present proposal will help also to provide employment for young people and people with disabilities with an unsuccessful realization on the labor market. The project will contribute to increasing the social capital in Sofia through the provision of effective measures and actions to reduce poverty and promote employment of unemployed and inactive people. An upgrade of the so far realized measures and actions for reducing poverty in the region will take place with the implementation of the project and realization of the integrated package of services for the employment of unemployed and inactive people. This will reduce the social burden of the society towards this vulnerable social group and will overcome the social crisis in the region. The project results will be multiplied by the active participation of businesses in the process of formation and implementation of public policies and measures aimed at integrating the unemployed and inactive people in the labor market and into the social and economic life in the country.
