Economic activity with more skills in "VTI Brokers" Ltd.

The project proposal "Economic activity with more skills in VTI Brokers" Ltd initiates the creation of sustainable jobs for inactive and unemployed people and for unemployed young people up to 29 years incl. This objective will be achieved through the creation of new job positions in the field of insurance and consulting services in the Insurance Broker VTI Brokers LTD. The project proposal focuses on the integration of some of the vulnerable groups in the labor market, giving a chance for realization to unemployed and inactive persons on a market with great potential and importance, which still suffers from a serious shortage of trained staff. In this sense, the realization of this project proposal will allow "VTI Brokers" Ltd. to develop their potential and improve its competitiveness on the insurance market, becoming the preferred employer with sustainable jobs, giving a platform for young people desiring a career in the insurance business. In the project proposal are intended to be implemented gradually the following activities: 1. Activities for organization and management of the project. 2. Recruitment and employing of 8 people targeted for inclusion in the project activities. 3. Purchase of equipment related to jobs created. 4. Activities of information and publicity. Creating a favorable environment and the enlargement of the company will contribute to achieving one of the main objectives of the Operational Programme "Development of Human Resources", namely - the establishment of sustainable jobs and reducing unemployment among vulnerable groups in the labor market. The duration of the project proposal is 14 months. The budget of requested financial assistance is in the amount of 183 483, 20 BGN. Applicant is solely responsible for the proper implementation of activities, but also for the proper spending of expenditure in the budget, consistent with national and European legislation.
