The Profession is My Connection to Life and My Security

CABLETEL-PRIMA is a fast growing company operating in the market of telecommunication services and technologies. The company develops its main activities on the territory of the Nessebar Municipality - the firm has offices in both Nessebar and on the territory of the Sunny Beach resort. The company invests in large-scale renovation of its network and in a package of television programs in order to meet the needs of its subscribers for full range of entertainment and communication services of high technical quality and diversity of the content. CABLETEL-PRIMA is listed in the public register maintained by the Council for Electronic Media, including licensed establishments distributing programs. Through the implementation of project "The Profession is My Connection to Life and My Security" will be given an opprotunity for18 unemployed and inactive people to find work in a developing and promising enterprise, and on the otherside the realization of the project will meet the growing needs of the company and will help it to maintain the leading position in the market of telecommunication services in the Nessebar Municipality and to provide sustainable employment of employees. After the completion of the project the applicant will sustain at least 9 of the hired people for a period not shorter than 12 months, thus ensuring the sustainable employment for part of the personnel. Out of the 18 hired unemployed and inactive persons 9 will be representatives of the specific category of "Unemployed youths up to 29 years incl." The other 9 persons will be unemployed and inactive persons. Also, the project includes activities for the acquisition and insurance of the equipment and inventory necessary for job creation, professional training and education in foreign languages and digital competences for the new personnel, publicity activities and project management.
