"New workplaces in "Telesat" Ltd"

"Telesat"Ltd. is a telecommunication company, provider of cable,digital TV and Internet in the villages of Oryahovo and Selanovtsi, Oryahovo municipality,Butan,Kozlodui municipality,Krushovitza and Lipnitza,Miziq municipality,Vratsa District and the village of Brenitsa,Knezha Municipality,Pleven District. This is an area which is characterised by weak economic indicators:high unemployment,aging population,low purchasing power. In this respect,"Telesat"Ltd. will create 16new workplaces and will create sustainable employment in the settlements where thecompany operates,while offering new high quality telecommunication services at an affordable price. The project aims at creating conditions for access to active working life and integration of vulnerable groups on the labour market by providing employment to unemployed and inactive persons,incl. long-term unemployed and inactive persons,unemployed persons aged over 54,and the unemployed youths up to 29years,and creating sustainable jobs in "Telesat"Ltd. With the implementation of the project,access to the labour market of 16 unemployed and inactive persons will be improved,by providing employment for a period of 12months-15specialists telecommunication and data networks and one expert telecommunication and data networks.After the project completion,eight sustainable workplaces will be created which will increase the number of employees in the Northwest region. For securing of the new workplaces equipment for the replacement of cable distribution networks in the settlements will be provided,which will engage all 16 newly employed persons,which in turn will contribute to the optimisation of the process by investing minimum effort for maintenance and low cost of operation and will improve the quality of telecommunications services and offering them an attractive price for the region. The project envisages activities to raise the level of awareness of the local community for HRDOP,and for organisation and management.
