New workplaces in Simbula Ltd. for unemployed and inactive persons

To expand the activities of Simbula LTD, and ensuring the cadres needed, within the project four new employees will be recruited and appointed to 8-hour labor contract on positions: accountant, work and wages expert, programs and projects expert and office manager. The project aims to ensure the establishment of four new sustainable workplaces for the unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months, as at least two of the workplaces will be retained for a minimum of 12 months after completion of the project. To establish the new workplaces "Simbula" Ltd., observing the updated provisions of the Decree of Council of Ministers № 118 /20.05.2014, will purchase for each new employee: desk, container (cabinet), office chair, laptop and mouse, needed to perform their direct official duties. After hiring, the new employees will be involved in training activities, necessary for their work in the company - foreign languages and digital competence. The training will be assigned to external contractor, selected according to Decree № 118, who has the necessary professional competence and qualifications, required to complete the assigned task. Organization and management of the project will be entrusted to the experts of the team "Simbula" Ltd., which will be responsible for the implementation of planned activities, including public information and publicity of the project, achievement of the objectives set, in order to achieve successful project reporting and payment of the financial grant aid. As a result of the project, will gain access to employment four unemployed and inactive persons, including long-term unemployed. Young people (up to 29 years incl.), who are not engaged in employment, education or training will be sustainably integrated into the labor market. All employees, hired in terms of the project, will receive training and gain knowledge on key competences (foreign languages and digital competence).
