OKIN FACILITY BG Ltd. provides effective integrated solutions in the filed of facility management, i.e. services related to the operation and management of property and assets. The company is able to take over the support and maintenance of the non-production processes of its clients, including technical administration, cleaning, security, reception and postal services, waste management, environmental protection and others. The complexity of services provided makes OKIN FACILITY BG Ltd. one of the leading companies in this sector and this leads to continuously increasing number of clients. This creates the need for creating new jobs and hiring additional staff. This would be successful mainly through subsidized employment of "Human Resources Development"OP. The company plans to open 40 new jobs, which intends to keep long-term. The project proposal covers two target groups - unemployed with low level of education (below ISCED 3) and other unemployed and inactive persons. The main objective of the project is to provide employment opportunities and raise wages through active involvement in the labor market. The sub-objectives are the creation of new jobs for persons of the above target groups and by their implementation to help achieve the objectives Axis 1 of the "Human Resource Development" Operational Programme: Improving access to employment and job quality. Planned activities in the project: employment of unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months and the expected results of its implementation are creating sustainable jobs, employment and income and providing opportunities for professional development. Overall implementation of this project will contribute to improving the adaptability of unemployed and increase competitiveness in the labor market.
