WORK - Realization and Adaptation of Unemployed in the Organization by labor commitment

This project proposal developed by the Applicant "Daisy 79" Ltd. complies fully with the priorities of the HRD OP, a procedure for granting financial assistance BG05M9OP001-1.003 "New Workplace 2015" and Priority Axis 1 "Improving access to employment and quality of working places". The project will be implemented within the Southwest region, town of Dupnitsa. Main activities in the project proposal 1. Hiring of unemployed and /or inactive for a period of twelve months 2. Activities for the selection of contractors under the Decree №118/ 20.05.2014 3. Purchase of equipment, furniture, DNA and furniture related to the creation of new working places 4. Conducting professional training 5. Conduct training on key competences, according to the European Qualifications Framework by: Key competence 2 "Correspondence language" four key competence "Digital competence" 6. Activities for the organization and management of the project 7. Activities for information and publicity During the project the company will open a new office and the staff wil be increased by 10 (ten) people. Expected results are increasing the volume and quality of services, improve the customer assistance, ect. Target group is unemployed and/or inactive people (4 ot them are up to 29 years old, 4 of them are over 54 years old, 2 - others). It is scheduled to conduct professional training and training in key competencies according to the European Qualifications Framework by: KK 2 "Communication in foreign languages" and KK 4 'Digital Competence' Guaranteed is the preservation of working places of 50% /5 employees/ targeted for one year after completion of the project Work organization and project management, information and publicity in the spirit of good practice and are spelled out in full compliance with the Manual of Uniform beneficiary implementing rules for information and communication 2014-2020, The project and activities are set and met all horizontal principles of HRD OP.
