New employment opportunities for the unemployed and inactive persons in "Alta Mar" Ltd.

Overall objective of the project is to improve access to employment for the target group and to allow for their sustainable integration in the labor market by creating new jobs in the pharmaceutical sector. The target group of this project are unemployed persons registered in the Labour Office in Sofia-city, Pleven, Burgas, Varna, Dobrich, Plovdiv and inactive persons motivated to develop their careers in the pharmaceutical sector. In the project will be appointed 20 unemployed and inactive persons - 16 persons are from the specific category of "young people up to 29 years". The implementation of the project goal will be accomplished through a combination of the following activities: Activity 1. Organization and Project Management, Activity 2. Selection and hiring of unemployed and inactive for a period of 12 months, Activity 3.Purchase of equipment, Activity 4. Information and publicity.The expected project results are: conducted 16 team meetings and protocols prepared by them; Conducted a final meeting of the project team; Selected subcontractors for project activities; Revealed 20 new jobs in "Alta Mar" to position "Organizer, marketing"; Signed contracts for 12 months with 20 representatives of the target group, create sustainable jobs, 10 of which will be reserved 12 months after the end of the project; Purchased, delivered and put into operation equipment including: 20 computers configurations necessary licenses; 20 Tocco-feeder; 20 Barcode scanner, 20 multifunctional device , 3 publications about the project activities implemented and results achieved on the website of "SUBRA", publication in the media - 3 numbers; Information board - 1,reflecting the EU financial support, information posters - 20 copies, printed and put informational stickers on equipment purchased in the Project-80 copies.
