New jobs - new opportunities

Realization of project "New work places - new chances" includes a mixture of connected actions alike the model ""training – working - guaranteed resistance"" through creating proper enviroment. Following the described model will guarantee the human resources the company needs. Without it any kind of activity would not be functioning. General goal: Getting higher levels of employment and increasing competitiveness of vulnerable groups on the labour market, by usage of combined arrangements to disclose new work places. Specific goals • Raise of competitiveness and prevention of risk, for unemployed and unactive people to be socially excluded, with including these people in work or sutdy. • promotion of employment, by disclosure of new work places at "Bul Software Solutions LTD. The target group: 23 unemployed and unactive people for cities of Sofia, Dobrich, Vratsa, as part of specific categories as follows: - Long term unemployed and unactive people; - Unemployed young people at the age under 29 years., and unemployed people. Main project acts: 1. Selection and recruitment of target group people 2. Providing study to new employees 3. Purchase and delivery of equipment for the new disclosed work places 4. Management, accounting and promotion of project acts It is provided the performance of the project to have a significant influence amongst the target group localy, promoting chances to better life quality with dispositions for study and better working conditions.As well it will give way to build and strengthen good partnerships and relations like serious commitment to solve issues of unemployment and promotion of employment. Project will help to develop social dialogue and get better effect from it.
