The company’s headquarters is in Plovdiv, where the production capacities and the administration are located and where 28 employees work. In the country, the company employs 6 people, as follows: 2 in Sofia, 2 in Pleven, and 1 in Burgas and Russe respectively. This project proposal plans investment in human resources by hiring 13 unemployed at newly opened positions. They will be located at all of Plovdiv and Sofia, and the focus in the recruitment will be providing access to 8 people from the target groups of unemployed people below 29 years of age and 5 unemployed aged over 30. In view of the trouble-free implementation of the new employees’ labour activities, DIO plans this project to provide funding for the purchase and equipment of 13 workstations according to the basic technical needs for the employees’ work specifics. DIO also plans through the project implementation to provide a key competence training – foreign language communication, for 5 of the newly appointed employees, in order to enhance their qualification. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the envisaged activities, the project will be managed and administered by a DIO OOD team. This project proposal will be implemented through 100% funding from OP HRD and the ESF, from whose grant awareness activities will be implemented.
