Improving the employment accessibility and assuring sustainable workplaces at "European Institute for Innovations and Strategic Analysis"

The necessity satisfied by the implementation of the current project is directly connected with youth unemployment which actually is one of the most updated and discussed problem both within Bulgaria and the European Union. Considering the fact that the young people are one of the most vulnerable groups on the labor market, EIISA clearly understands the need for targeted measures to overcome the difficulties characterizing this group. The main objective of the current project include ensuring sustainable workplaces, and the specific objectives are directed towards the target group of unemployed people and in particular toward the specific category of unemployed young people under 29 years. During the project implementation the employed will also receive training and will gain the necessary experience requested by the business requirements. Minimum 50% of the employed will keep their work places for at least 12 months after the end of the project and the rest will be able to enter the labor market professionally prepared and facilitated regarding their employment and social inclusion. 100% of the target group of the project is composed of one of the special priority groups, i.e. unemployed youths. The project implementation include: activities connected with the employment of youths up to 29 years for a period of 12 months; provision of professional training for second qualification degree and training of the employed in key competencies; delivery of equipment, furniture and intangible assets connected with the creation of the new workplaces; activities for information and publicity and management and organization of the project implementation. The direct results are connected with: - Ensuring employment of 5 unemployed from the project target group for a period of 12 months. - Gaining of professional qualification and key competences for 4 of the employed. - Keeping the employment of at least 3 of the employed for a period of 12 month after the project ends.
