New jobs in Mista Ltd.

The main purpose of the project is to improve access to employment and the quality of the offered jobs. The project is aimed to the job seekers, including long-term unemployed and inactive people. Furthermore for sustainable integration to the labor market of the young people, including those who are not engaged in employment, education or training. To achieve the main objective of the project proposal, will undertake the following SG: gt; Purchase of necessary equipment for the creation of new jobs for the target group; gt; Hire 15 unemployed or inactive, 50% of them will be from the following groups: - Long-term unemployed and inactive persons; youths under 29 years of age incl. gt; Training in key competences 2 "Communicating in a foreign language" – English language Provided activities and steps: * Activity 1: Organization and Management; * Activity 2: Supply of equipment / tools / needed for 15 new jobs. * Activity 3: Hiring of unemployed persons; * Activity 4: Training key competencies KC 2 "communication in foreign languages" -English language; * Activity 5: Previewing of the activities of CG: Results: The creation of the 15 new jobs, their provisioning and the increasing of the knowledge will achieve: (1) Higher and better jobs. (2) Reducing poverty and encouraging the social integration. (3) Modernization of public policies. This result will directly reflect on increasing the competitiveness of “Mista”Ltd. and company’s overall performance and participation in the market. It will expand the scope of services with higher quality. The successful implementation of the project will increase the efficiency of the labor market, as representatives of the target group will acquire new skills and knowledge on key competences.
