Creating new jobs in Geya 04 Ltd.

“Geya 04” was founded in 2004 and operates in Burgas and Bulgarian South coast. The company is one of the leaders of the regional market in its area of intervention. Company’s main services are: - Grassing of gardens, parks and indoor gardening of gas stations, hotels, restaurants and homes - It is specialized in grassing and cleaning of administrative buildings and offices of “LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas" AD - Construction, maintenance and consulting for exterior and interior grassing - Cleaning of areas from bushes and trees With this project proposal “Geya 04” is applying for opening 14 (fourteen) new jobs. The need of hiring new employees is determined by expanding the company’s portfolio of services and its desire to win new clients. The specific company’s activity – grassing of gardens and parks and cleaning of areas from bushes and trees, allows the recruitment of people from the procedures specific categories. The new employees will be hired for the procedure’s maximum allowed period of 12 months. The company should like to create sustainable jobs for people with difficult realization on the labor market. This will be achieved by keeping at least 50% of the new jobs for minimum 12 months after project’s implementation. The creation of sustainable jobs is guaranteed by the fact that “Geya 04”’s fluidity of manpower is relatively low. It is planned purchasing equipment and working clothes for the new employees, which will allow them to carry out their professional duties.
