“New opportunities for employment in “AVTOEKSPERT PLYUS” Ltd– Veliko Tarnovo”

“AVTOEKSPERT PLYUS” Ltd. develops its business in the field of trade of car parts and car accessories - KID 45.31. The company is founded in 2010 and it is already established as a leading distributor of car accessories in the region of Veliko Tarnovo. In addition to that, it focuses actively on staff’s needs as well as on improving the economic and social status of its personnel. The company supports the development of the labor market through a strategy based on encouraging personal and professional evolution. A project initiative, titled “New opportunities for employment in “AVTOEKSPERT PLYUS” Ltd – Veliko Tarnovo”, focuses on providing employment and professional stability for the population of Veliko Tarnovo. To this end, the project initiative helps overcome the level of unemployment in the region of Veliko Tarnovo (11.7% in 2014 according to NSI), supports the economic stability and the social status of the population. By employing 10 new cadres, the company aims at sustaining the professional realization and the social activity of vulnerable groups of unemployed individuals in the region. The project targets unemployed and inactive individuals at the age under 29 and over 54, and long-term unemployed individuals. By considering the needs of those individuals, the company offers them employment for the period of 12 months as well as development of personal skills such as communication and practical competence in the field of commerce. Providing the population of Veliko Tarnovo with job opportunities is the main goal of the 15-months project. During the execution of the project “AVTOEKSPERT PLYUS” Ltd. will be engaged in the employment of the staff, the financial management, the accounting procedures, the spread of the results and the well-established practice.
