New job - new possibility in "DREAM DESIGN 2005" LTD

The main objective of the project is to improve the employment prospects of unemployed and inactive youth through creation of sustainable work places in the field of furniture production. The target group of the project is unemployed people up to 29 years, unemployed or inactive people aged between 30 and 54 years who are registered in the Employment agency and inactive people up to 29 years. The implementation of the project goal will be accomplished through a combination of the following activities: Activity 1. Organization activities related to the implementation of the project; Activity 2. Hiring of unemployed and inactive persons; Activity 3. Purchasing of work equipment, work clothing and personal protective equipment for newly opened work places; Activity 4. Project promotion. Expected result of the project implementation are: - Implemented monthly work meetings of the projects team ; - Publicity, provided by two publications on the website of "Dream Design 2005" Ltd.; - Developed and installed an information board, outside the office of the project; - Revealed 12 new work places in the "Dream Design 2005" LTD in specialties as follow: · 2 work places for "Machine operator, furniture production / operator of edge bender" · 6 work places for “Fitter, wooden furniture and similar materials " · 4 work places for “Carpenter, manufacturer of furniture" - Signed contracts for 12 months with 12 representatives of the target group; - Create sustainable work places, 6 of which will be reserved 12 months after the end of the project; - Purchased work equipment, work clothing and personal protective equipment for newly opened work places;
