New beginning with Teta EOOD

Teta EOOD was founded in 1993 as a small company with a main activity trading packaged sugar manufactured goods. Over the years the company was well established on the market as a leader in the field of logistics and trade in fast-moving consumer goods in Central Bulgaria. The management of Teta EOOD ensures high quality and fast service as well as the integrity and quality of the offered goods. The company has a warehouse in the city of Plovdiv and own vehicles for delivery to the customer. The organization employs people to positions in the field of commercial activity. The project activities envisage providing employment for 30 unemployed and inactive persons aged 29 years as a target group in the project. The positions of which the persons will be appointed are: Supply specialist code 33233005 -15 persons; operative accountant code 33133001 – 1 person; Light delivery vehicle driver code 83222006 - 6 persons; Forklift driver-code 83442003-1 person; Warehouse worker code 93330002 -7 persons. For successful operation the necessary equipment will be provided. In order to consolidate knowledge and to successfully qualify 15 persons in Office-supply specialist, and 1 person operative accountant training will be conducted by key competence 4 called digital competence. The expected results of the project are: successful inclusion within 12 months of 30 unemployed and inactive persons in the employment in the Organisation, purchase of the equipment needed for the operation of the direct obligations of the persons and also conduct an educational course related to the concrete position. Commitment of the leadership of Teta EOOD is to retain the jobs of at least 50 percent of the target group of the project within 12 months after the completion of the project activities. The concrete activities of the project are: organization and management of the project, hiring unemployed and inactive people, conducting training, purchase of equipment, information and publicity.
