Providing employment for unemployed and inactive people, by hiring them in "Artstroy 1" LTD

"Artstroy 1" LTD was founded in 2010 in Burgas. The company's main economic activity code is "41.20 Construction of residential and non-residential buildings". “Artstroy 1” LTD offers to its clients a lot of services: construction of buildings and facilities; design and engineering; architecture and design; construction for compensation; transmission and commissioning of the works; warranty and support; infrastructure transport engineering; building of public infrastructure; hydraulic engineering; exterior design; interior furnishing; renovation and restoration; construction investment; sales, management and rent of real estate. The company is registered at the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria and holds lots of certificates and prizes. In connection with developing the company's business and the increasing number of customers, "Artstroy 1" LTD needs additional staff. With this project proposal the company applies for hiring 44 people up to 12 months. The project proposal's purposes are: 1. Creating 44 new jobs for people from procedure's target group - unemployed and inactive people 2. Providing subsequent employment, by keeping at least 50% of the new jobs for minimum 12 months after project's implementation 3. Securing the work of the new employees, by purchasing working clothes, PPE (personal protective equipment) and equipment, required for carrying out their professional duties The aforementioned purposes will be achieved by the implementation of the following activities: 1. Hiring unemployed and inactive people up to 12 months 2. Purchasing working clothes, PPE and equipment, required for the new work positions 3. Project information and publicity activities 4. Project organization and management activities
